About the event
The poet Edward Dorn, epic and joyfully experimental chronicler of America’s landscape, histories, peoples, and her spiritual and poetic spaces, is best known for his magnum opus Gunslinger (1989). This spring, join fellow travelers, poets, and scholars to celebrate the publication of Dorn’s Collected Poems (2012), uncovering at last the breadth of his poetic pursuit and the scholarship this innovative American master inspired within the Black Mountain School and beyond.
Copies of Edward Dorn's chapbooks from Lost & Found Series I & III, edited by Lindsey Freer and Claudia Moreno Pisano, will be available for purchase at the event.
