Steve Brier

Steve Brier is Professor of Urban Education and Senior Academic Technology Officer and Coordinator of the Interactive Technology and Pedagogy doctoral certificate program at The Graduate Center, CUNY. He also co-founded and co-directs the college’s New Media Lab. Brier was the founding director of CUNY’s American Social History Project/Center for Media and Learning; co-created, co-produced and co-wrote the Project’s award-winning Who Built America? multimedia curriculum on U.S. history; and co-conceived and co-produced The September 11 Digital Archive.
