Julian Louis Phillips (b. 1988 Brooklyn, NY) is a New York area artist. He uses photography, video, sculpture, and performance to investigate societal relationships and problems. After receiving his BFA from Saint Joseph's University, he is an MFA candidate at Social Practice Queens, Queens College CUNY.
