Jeffrey Richmond-Moll is curator of American art at the Georgia Museum of Art. His upcoming exhibitions examine Magic Realism in American Art, modern Native American printmaking, and a time-based video artwork about rising sea levels. Essays on early American portraiture, still-life painting, neoclassical sculpture, modernism in the Southwest, and wartime material culture have appeared in numerous peer-reviewed journals and exhibition catalogues. His research has been supported by fellowships from the Henry Luce Foundation, American Council of Learned Societies, and Smithsonian American Art Museum, among others. He received his MA and PhD in Art History from the University of Delaware, and his AB in Art & Archaeology from Princeton University.
