Jason Nielsen

Jason Nielsen is a doctoral student in English at the Graduate Center, CUNY. His research focusses on the influence of William James’s writing on later theories of emotion, pedagogy, and reading practice, with connections to Gertrude Stein and Henry James. He teaches courses in American literature and composition courses on technology and digital culture at Queens College. He is co-chair of the Twentieth Century and American Studies Area Groups.
