Ian Tyson is a sculptor living working in Provence, France. He founded Tetrad Press (1970 – 1995, archives in the Mandeville Special Collections Library, University of California, St Diego) and ed.it (1995). He has collaborated with Jerome Rothenberg since 1967, producing many books and pamphlets in various media. The most recent are Homage to Goya (Brighton Press, San Diego) and Occasional Gematria (ed.it, St Roman de Malegarde, France). He has work in many public and private collections in Europe and the United States. His most recent exhibitions have been “Sculptures and Wall Drawings” Eric Linard Gallery, Drome France (2007), “Sculptures and Drawings” N O S, Drome, France 2009), “Dialogues” Couvent de la Tourette, Eveux, France (2010).
