Heather Feather has spent much of her teaching career utilizing skills she developed as a set designer. Leaving the entertainment profession in 2012, unable to stomach the amount of waste produced, she helped start a free-creative art program for kids called ARTSinPARTS. It is with this organization, and through various teaching opportunities that she was able to connect young minds to the cycles and patterns of science and nature, and build their earth enthusiasm by creating art and understanding. She is currently a National Park Ranger with Gateway National Recreation Area.
