Claudia Muñoz
was born and raised in Monterrey, México and has called Texas home since
2001. As a community organizer for over 14 years, she has been on the
front lines of many fights in immigrant rights and labor movements.
Claudia graduated from Prairie View A&M University in 2009 and
currently serves as executive Co-Director at Grassroots Leadership
in Austin, TX, where she has worked since 2017. Grassroots Leadership
works for a more just society where mass incarceration, criminalization,
and deportation are things of the past.
