NSK Representative Charles Lewis has been an NSK State passport holder since 2007. When he is not executing his duties as an NSK State diplomat, he is a professional software developer. Lewis has been a participated in and spoken at notable events including the First NSK Citizens' Congress in Berlin (2010), NSKNY Rendez-vous at Momenta Gallery (2011), the NSK Passport Office at MoMA (2012), the e-Flux Consulate Inauguration report (2013), and the 1st NSK Folk Art Biennale in Leipzig (2014). In 2015, with David K, Lewis issued first run of NSK State currency, and in 2011 he created the Cross Conversion[nskny.org] display. Charles Lewis is based in Maine.
