Alyona Valerie Dybunova is an MA student in the Art History program at Hunter College, CUNY. She specializes in twentieth-century art and critical theory with an emphasis on Soviet and Russian art and politics. Concurrently she is working on several independent curatorial projects that involve both emerging and established artists and will be presented at various national and international art venues in the coming years.
